Advocate Hoyam Alzarooni is a UAE advocate with extensive experience representing clients before the UAE courts, public prosecution, police departments and competent authorities.
She advises and represents clients in civil, commercial, banking, labour, real estate and criminal litigation matters. Her experience includes court appearances, pleadings, memoranda, procedural follow-up and representation before different levels of the UAE court system.

Samer Abdo represents clients in complex litigation and dispute resolution matters across the UAE.
His practice focuses on commercial litigation, banking and financial disputes, corporate disputes, real estate and property disputes, employment disputes, enforcement proceedings and arbitration-related court proceedings. He regularly advises on contentious matters involving case strategy, procedural planning, evidence assessment, interim measures, enforcement risk and settlement positioning.
Prior to joining Hoyam Alzarooni Advocates & Legal Consultants, Samer was a Partner and Head of Litigation at a leading UAE law firm. He also served as Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC and previously led the Legal Department of Dubai Bank.

Dr. Rami Sulaiman is an Associate Partner specializing in alternative dispute resolution and commercial legal advisory. He has extensive experience in ADR, particularly arbitration, having successfully settled over 100 arbitration cases involving banking and finance, Islamic transactions, and corporate advisory. He regularly serves as a Sole Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator under DIAC, ADCCAC, and other Arbitration Centres.
Since 2018, Dr. Rami has served as General Secretary of the International Arbitration Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA). Prior to this role, he was the Head of Arbitration at IICRA and other law firms, and served as In-House Legal Counsel at AAFAQ Islamic Finance.
He regularly advises UAE publicly listed companies on complex arbitration, litigation, civil, commercial, corporate, and real property transactions. His recent work includes settling arbitration and reconciliation disputes, drafting Islamic transaction documents, and advising Islamic banks and commercial, investment, and real estate clients.
Dr. Rami was awarded by the University of Sharjah for developing an innovative banking solution (WAQF Debit Card product in 2016). He has also received honorary recognition for his innovative contributions from H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, as well as the Dubai Government.
